DairyLac provides comprehensive training at three levels, empowering farmers with the knowledge and tools they need to run successful and sustainable dairy operations.

On Farm Training
Farmer training at field level that is learning by doing through our technical staff, it enables farmers to learn and improve their knowledge, change their attitudes and enhance their skills toward improved farm mechanisation, while working on their own farms. Our technical team of veterinarians, agrarian and animal nutritionists help farmers to improve their knowledge, skills and practices through hands on farm trainings.

Training Through Digital
At DairyLac, we leverage digital platforms to deliver knowledge to the dairy farmers, ensuring they stay updated with the latest advancements in dairy farming. Through webinars, online courses, and instructional videos, we provide accessible and flexible learning opportunities that empower farmers to improve their practices, enhance productivity, and adopt sustainable farming methods.

Training through Academia
DairyLac collaborates with academic institutions and universities to provide specialized training programs for students and professionals in the field of animal husbandry and agriculture. These programs combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications, equipping the next generation of farmers and agricultural experts with the skills and insights needed to drive innovation and sustainability in the dairy industry.

Dairylac fully recognizes that good animal welfare entails both animal’s mental and physical well-beings and is a critical factor that contributes to food safety. We are committed to continuous improvement of our operation to ensure that it is animal-friendly following the five freedoms principles. We are preaching and teaching our dairy farmers on these five freedoms. We also preach farmers about farm biosecurity practices to their farms.
We continue to invest in research and development of innovative animal feed and animal farming that are efficient, of high quality and ethical according to the Animal Welfare Principles.

Environment
We are proactive in addressing global warming prevention and preservation of our environment, and we aim to become a company that contributes to the sustainable development of our society, country and planet.
The United Nations has estimated that global population will increase to 9.8 billion by 2050. This growth will drive up food demand by 60% compared to that in 2006. Concurrently, issues such as climate change, a decrease in natural resources and severity of environmental pollution will pose direct and indirect impacts on all sectors, especially the agro-industrial and food businesses.
Our responsibility for environmental sustainability goes well beyond our own operations; we always advocate and share knowledge that elevates practices and regulations across the industry. We will actively engage with consumers, customers, government agencies, non-governmental organizations, the civil society and other stakeholders to contribute towards a green planet.
